A question to support workers; veterans, newbies and aspiring ones
Do what you're passionate about and you'll never work a day in your life.
How, then, does one find their passion?
Motivation/hustle bros ask, "What would you do even if you won't get paid for it?"
This brings me to a series of thoughts swirling in my head when I was driving home after a late-night support shift...
drum roll... 🥁
When asked about their "vocation" (ahem, ahem) - support work - they say they're passionate about helping people. Or some variation of it.
Hence my question...
If you were offered slightly more moolah to do something else, all else remains the same, will you switch?
The key word here is "slightly".
There's no right or wrong answer... There can't be.
